Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order within 3 days of placing the order, provided that the order has not already been dispatched.

Orders Already Dispatched
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
This is because the order has already been handed over to the shipping/courier company and shipping arrangements and costs have been incurred.
Important
Cancellation requests are subject to the order's current processing status. A cancellation request submitted within 3 days does not guarantee cancellation if the order has already been dispatched.
