No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final. KYVVERA does not accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been fulfilled or dispatched.
Due to the nature of our jewelry products and our order-processing system, customers are advised to carefully review their order details before placing an order.
Orders Not Yet Fulfilled or Dispatched
If your order has not yet been fulfilled or dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible.
Requests relating to an order that has not yet been processed may be considered within 7 days of placing the order, subject to our review.
Once an order has been fulfilled or dispatched, it cannot be returned or refunded.
